ingredients: 1/2 c Bisquick baking mix
2 tablespoons margarine or butter
1 can of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 eggs
1 can (16 oz) pumpkin or your own fresh mashed pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp vanilla extract
prep: Beat it all ingredients till smooth and pour into pie. Bake 350
degrees 50 min
till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Kids loves no crust pie :))
