IPlay Administration

  • After your install IPlay please reboot your computer

  • You will now have a IPlayNet world globe icon on your desktop. Double click on that icon, and after updates you will have a login box.  Click on "add account" and put in a user name and password.  Click "Sign On" to enter IPlay.

  • At this time we do not support Macintosh.

  • If you are an AOL user, please make sure you open Internet Explorer (IE) which is the large blue "E" on your desktop when you are downloading files to avoid any problems, boots or incomplete downloads.

  • If you have any problems, refer to the web page Support section.  There you will find our tech support chat as well as a listing of tech ops with their ICQ numbers posted for further assistance.

Players Agreement And Terms Of Use

We have a new installer to eliminate some of the issues with the old install files and Windows Vista

Note: Some Anti-spyware and File security programs may prevent the installer from being able to install properly. If you receive errors during install please shutdown any anti-spyware, File Security and Anti-Virus and reinstall. MacAfee, AVG, Windows Defender and Nortons should not give any problems. With the rest of them mileage may vary.

Click on the link below and select save as

****NOTICE*****:
IF YOU HAVE WINDOWS VISTA or WINDOWS7, Windows 8

1st You need to disable your UAC. UAC= user access control.  To find that go to your search bar on your START and type in msconfig {just like that} then press your enter key.

When the systems configuration box  pops up, click on the tools tab. Look down for item saying disable/turn off/Change; User access control. {Depends what windows you are using, that item could be 2nd from top or 2nd or so from the bottom of the list}. Once you click that , then on the bottom right of the systems configuration box you will click on  launch. Another window opens, user access control settings usually there is an arrow that can go either up or down; you want this arrow all the way down once all the way down, click ok. You will most likely be prompted that this is not wise or are you sure you wish to do this; simply allow-ok it and then click ok on the systems configuration window.  You will be prompted to restart your computer to have this set-that is up to you right now it is not a needed thing to get Iplay installed and running.

2nd After the UAC is disabled go to http://www.iplay.net/download.htm {that is direct link to the download page} and scroll down and click on the Windows 7 link. When asked save or run click save then mark it SAVE AS  and save to your desktop.

3rd Once on the desktop, right click on the installer and go to properties

        Click on compatibility

There is a box under compatibility Mode click that

Then there is a drop down box, select Windows XP SP 2

Farther down, near the bottom, click the box that says to run as administrator

Under that is a button, usually with a shield on it saying; Change settings for all users- click that

Another box opens looking just like the one you just finished, do the very same things you did above, then click Apply OK

That window closes leaving you the original window, click Apply OK   and the window will close.

4thYou may come across some errors or questions asking to ignore, try again, continue, or other such remarks; simply keep clicking ignore/continue in order to go on.

5th  Once you see the IPlay globe on your desktop, you will need to do the same thing you did with the installer, to set the Compatibility Mode to Windows XP SP2.

6th Once that is done, double-click on the Globe and install. AGAIN you may get prompts, simply keep clicking to continue. What is being missed will be ok.

7th Once on IPlay, RE-ADD you name & password & WELCOME to IPLAY J
