Our Hospitality department is responsible for  the friendly people who greet you at the door and who help our new IPlayers learn the system.  Hospitality sysops can be found in any of the IPlay moderated lobbies.  If you have any questions, they'll be more than happy to give you the personal assistance you need.

IPlay has a great Tech Support department to assist IPlayers who are experiencing technical difficulties that impact upon their ability to enjoy what IPlay offers.  If you are in need of technical assistance at any time, hop into our Technical Support Lobby.   The techs on hand there will assist you in any way possible. 

The IPlay Club Administration department is available to assist club and league owners and staff.  Club Administration wants to make a club's transition to their new IPlay home as smooth and stress-free as possible.   Their role does not end once a club or league is settled in to their new home.  Club Administration is available to all clubs whenever a question or need arises.
