IPlay Online Games Players Agreement
IPlay Online Games is solely owned and operated by Bits and Bytez L. L.C.
IPlay Online Games is intended to be a family oriented gaming system, suitable for persons of all ages. In order to achieve this goal, the following rules
will be enforced:
- Lewd, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive nicknames are not allowed.
- IPlay Online Games reserves the right to delete or disable any
account with an unacceptable nickname at any time and without warning.
- Repeated attempts to create and use unacceptable nicknames will result in a permanent ban.
- Language of a sexually, racially, or religiously
offensive nature, including any deliberately insulting or threatening comments are unacceptable.
- Accusations of cheating against an
individual or team without clear-cut evidence is unacceptable.
- There will be no bashing of players and or
any IPlay staff tolerated in IPlay lobby. There is a big
difference between friendly bantering and vicious talk. What is
said in private rooms has always been private. HOWEVER, if there
is continued bashing/badmouthing ,even in emails or IMS that
reach the staff, this will be considered grounds for removing
said person/people from IPlay until such time that they can
possibly be allowed back with a strict understanding the policy
will be followed.
Any information or
evidence relating to cheating in a game or tournament should be delivered
to the IPlay Online Games Staff in private.
Players are not allowed to run
tournaments without the express written consent of IPlay Online Games Management.
The IPlay Online Games
Gaming System may not be used for the purposes of any 3rd party organization without advance approval in writing by the Management of
IPlay Online Games.
All
data and other information pertaining to Game Rankings and Tournaments is the proprietary property of
IPlay Online Games and is provided to our players to
enhance their playing enjoyment. Use of any Ranking or Tourney data by any 3rd party
or organization is prohibited unless sanctioned in writing by the Management
of IPlay Online Games.
All programs and data and techniques used as part of the IPlay Online Games Gaming System are the proprietary property of
Bits and Bytez, L.L.C., excluding such programs, data and techniques which have been legally licensed from 3rd parties and included in the
IPlay Gaming
System. Decompiling, disassembling, decoding, or reverse engineering any part or portion
of the IPlay Gaming System, or the information that is communicated between the distributed components of the
IPlay Gaming System via the
Internet, is expressly prohibited.
Memberships to the iPlay Gaming System are
not
refundable or transferable. In the case of a player being banned for
cause, membership is not refundable.
IPlayNet
(IPlay Online Games) and Bits and Bytez L.L.C. reserves the right to refuse
service or access to
anyone for any reason.
IPlayNet reserves the
right to monitor all Public and Private Postings, Messages, Codes, Data, Signals
and any other form of electronic communication that is sent through the IPlay
Game System or the IPlay Web Site or the servers and connecting pipes that
IPlayNet uses. Anything which it considers in its absolute discretion to be
offensive or otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions will result in an
immediate review and possible cancellation of your access to the IPlayNet
System.
You hereby represent
and warrant that you have all necessary rights in and to all Postings you
provide and all material they contain; that your Postings shall not infringe any
proprietary or other rights of third parties; that your Postings shall not
contain any viruses or other contaminating or destructive devices or features;
that your Postings shall not contain any defamatory, indecent, offensive,
tortuous, or otherwise unlawful material or content; and that your Postings
shall not be used to carry out or solicit any unlawful activity and/or be used
to make commercial solicitations.

LIABILITY
THIS SITE IS PROVIDED BY IPLAYNET ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS
AVAILABLE" BASIS. IPLAYNET MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES
OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THIS
SITE, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT OR MATERIALS INCLUDED ON THIS
SITE. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR
SOLE RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IPLAYNET
AND BITS AND BYTEZ L.L.C.
DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT
NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IPLAYNET AND BITS AND BYTEZ
L.L.C. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SITE,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
This Agreement, and any
operating rules for IPlay Online Games (IPlayNet) established by Bits and Bytez.
L.L.C., constitutes the entire
agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and
supersedes all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with
respect to such subject matter.

understand my offense in IPlay. The portion of this policy I broke is (you
fill in this blank with the section/s of this policy that was broken in your own
writing). I understand my wrong and shall not break such policy of
IPlay again, in doing so risk's my remaining in IPlay. This will be signed and
